Shipping policy

Sanvi Jewels  is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book Post or Speed Post.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 

PREPAID ORDERS:

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only and provide tracking number through email.

For remote areas, products will be sent through Speed post or Registered post, for which the tracking number will be provided and you can track in www.indiapost.gov.in

Delivery time would be 4 to 7 working days depending upon your destination.

COD ORDERS:

We accept all COD orders. If we dont have COD service for your pincode with our courier partners, we might need to cancel the order and will drop a mail regarding the same along with other options.

COD orders will take 5 to 8 working days to reach you. Quick delivery option is not possible for COD orders. Extra shipping cost is applicable in case you are not available during the delivery and requesting reshipping.

Once an order is refused, further COD orders from you will not be processed.

Please note that we spend shipping cost to send the product and also the return shipping cost in case you are refusing.

COD OPTION AVAILABLE ONLY WITHIN INDIA
